A print-ready ad is one that is submitted to our office as a completed digital file
High-Resolution JPG file or PDF files with all fonts, photos, logos embedded or InDesign files with all fonts pictures and logos included.
Ads must be the exact dimensions listed above for the size you are requesting.
If you are using an online design website such as Canva.com, please make sure to download the PDF Print version.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher files are NOT considered print-ready and will be charged the created ad price.

Include all the information you expect to see on the ad.
Any business cards submitted will appear exactly as printed.
If submitting more than one ad, we recommend using a different photo for each ad.
If submitting more than one photo, make sure to label each photo with which ad it goes with.
Any emailed photos should be sent at 300DPI or greater.
