A print-ready ad is one that is submitted to our office as a completed digital file
High-Resolution JPG file or PDF files with all fonts, photos, logos embedded or InDesign files with all fonts pictures and logos included.
Ads must be the exact dimensions listed above for the size you are requesting. (If you want your ad to be printed to the edge of the page, you must add a 1/8″ bleed to each side of the design. So your ad should be 8.75″ x 11.25″.)
If you are using an online design website such as Canva.com, please make sure to download the PDF Print version.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher files are NOT considered print-ready and will be charged the created ad price.
